TF2 and steam

WTF.. can't get into steam today.. their forum is down for me and the support icon does nothing..

I bought orange bocks thru steam and many other games and this shit really pisses me off because after my big investment in their crap, I can't get in and blow someone up and so forth.. I'm looking into launching TF2 without steam, currently, if anyone can possibly assist, please let me know. I don't think steam will be down forever, but it has been a couple hours and there are not too many days (per week :P ) that I am able to enjoy mice elf blowin somethin up or startin it ablaze in tf2....

Anyway, I'll add info to this post in regards to my progress..

Are you running a program like PeerGuardian2? That would block Steam by default.

Steam too is pissing me off that not only am I able to log in and do shit and whatever but also that their help and support website is down along with the client?! That's just poor business. Steam, WTF. W-T-F.
