Typed this up real quick just now to give a feel for the basics.
/stick - better than autofollow by far. you can set a range to it, i.e. "/stick 7" or even have it keep you behind the mob with "/stick behind" ..you can also use this outside of a group
/mapfilter - the mother of map commands. typing this will show all the options. for example, "/mapfilter npc" will show all the npcs on the map.
/mqfont - change the font size in the MQ window. I use "/mqfont 2"
/beep - Jimmy's favorite command
/face - your character literally faces whatever you have on target
/target - works across the zone.
/w npc - shows the npcs up in the zone. "/w npc #" tends to give a list of most of the names
/spawnmaster - typing this will bring up the options for a spawn tracking system. useful for the ancient cyclops or something.
/link - Uses the link database. Sexiest thing ever.
/startforage (and /stopforage) - auto foraging while afk. there you go, Rob.
/plugin (i.e. /plugin list) shows the plugins loaded, and commands to load/unload other ones.
/unload - unloads MQ2. might crash EQ. yar.
/timercolor - awesome. changes the background color of items with a recast time after clicked. (like potions).. makes it easier to see when they're ready to use again.
/ts - teamspeak commands. kinda useful I guess.
/banklist - shows all the items in your bank.
/nobounce - love this one. you don't bounce anymore when you have lev on.
That's about it off the top of my head, but there are a ton of other commands available. Also, if you like old models, you can use mounts with the old models on with a plugin that comes with the compile I made.
/help macro - ..in game will show a list of them all in the MQ window.
