I've just been too lazy to assign the correct permissions. That's part of the reason I'm asking for a handful of forum mods, so that I can take a bit more of a backseat role and generally have a few interested people help me out, since I truly can't do everything on my own (or at least not do everything and do a very good job).

Msg me on steam sometime to remind me and I'll show you how to restart the servers.

Server automatically restarts now. All you need to know is the rcon_password and send "quit" or "_restart" to the server. It'll come back up in about a minute.

already took it from the server.cfg so no more need for tightvnc i guess?
